Thrive and Grow Farms is a small commercial farm demonstrating sustainable agricultural practices and mindful land development. We are located in Vail, AZ just outside of Tucson right up against the Cienega Creek Natural Preserve. You truly must see this oasis in the desert to witness it's beauty!

There are three ways to enjoy the farm
Guided Tours
SPECIAL: The wildflowers are pretty epic this year. On this tour we will take you on some new trails on the property we have been building.
Come learn about enclosed environment agriculture, regenerative farming, mindful land development, and water conservation techniques such as passive rainwater retention and aquifer recharge basins. Includes an ecology tour around the farm along our trails. Enjoy the incredible bio-diversity of plants and wildlife.

Overnight Stays
A short drive outside of Tucson, this is a fantastic stay-cation destination. Perfect for sunsets and stargazing. The temperatures are on average 6-10 degrees cooler than Tucson, a welcome reprieve from the heat. The beauty of the landscape here is immense, and we have space set aside for you to stay here and enjoy it. You can book a stay in our new rental unit.

Cienega Creek Access
We are fortunate enough to be right up against the Cienega Creek Natural Preserve. Booking a tour or overnight stay with us will allow you private access to the preserve. There is a running water oasis just a short hike away!
Guided Tours
Come take a tour with our founder Michael Ismail and learn about regenerative farming, enclosed environment agriculture in our microgreen facility, mindful land development, and water conservation techniques such as passive rainwater retention and aquifer recharge basins. Includes an ecology tour around the farm along our trails. Enjoy the incredible bio-diversity of plants and wildlife. This is a 2 hour tour and includes walking on our roads and trails covering about half a mile. Bring a hat, sunscreen, water and snacks. After the tour, you can enjoy private access to the Cienega Creek Preserve, an incredible oasis in the desert!
